TRIPLE-ACTION LOTTERY PLAN
What follows is my proposed triple-action lottery plan, the first

lottery-type ticket printed by computer. Twenty Numbers preceded new Jersey’s successful state lottery by several years. In fact, the basic
format of the New Jersey state lottery appeared first in the original
of my Scarne’s Complete Guide to Gambling in 1961... Triple Action Lottery Plan |

Lottery Payouts Lottery Payouts and Odds percentages are estimated by several factors. A couple of factors are the number of lottery players playing the game and the ratio of ticket sales that the lottery is required to offer to the awarding of prizes.
